I love the idea of no 'games overs', though the character you are playing can die, this just gets incorporated into the storyline.There are 4 playable characters. Every decision leads you on to the next stage of your journey. Different decisions will lead to different consequences. A game for aimed at adults. Probably not everyones cup of tea, but this for me looks like a new amazing game experience.

Yeah, i'm really excited about this game and can't wait till it's released.

I'm really excited about this game, can't wait to play it. Next year will the year Playstation finally arrives - there are too many huge titles coming out. Can't believe it took Sony this long to get its act together but better late then never.

Something I really like about this game is I'll be able to play it with the missus.

DLC announced - background episodes on main characters including killer!

I am really looking forward to this and plan on buying all the DLC as well. However, I need some advice in order to get the best value from the DLC please!

Having never downloaded any extra DLC before...how does DLC work? You can only play it if you already have the main game..right? Do you download it while you are playing through the game and the extra content incorporates itself into the game or is it completely separate to the main game? If the latter is the case, when is the best time to play it? Do you wait until you have finished the game or play it before the end? Is it different for each title? Will it all become pretty obvious when its released?

Any info appreciated!

yea i gotta get this too, it seems a great game concept, dj, dlc you can just download when you switch on and do nothing else or some will give you the option to download in background, meaning you can play games or whatever else you want to do, then when its finished, if it was downloading in the background you just press install for it, or right away if you were waiting for it

@darknight..thanks..I understand how to download content from the shop but am not sure how the extra stuff relates to the game. For example, in Dragon Age Origins you get free extra downloadable material with the game that is accessed as part of the main game as an extension to the original content. Is this true for all titles? When would I play episode 1 which basically is the background story to 'the killer', will playing this to early ruin the main game or is it just extra stuff?? Play it...beginning, middle or end or doesn't it matter!! You know what I mean??

ha ha , yea right sorry, i would guess its like other content, fallout 3 for example, maybe its just like ann extension of a hidden plot or like some sort of memories?

How does the extra content in Fallout 3 work then?

well they are basically off world maps or areas, when you get there there is a tunnel or a teleport system for example and they will take you to another place, but most of the time still in the fallout settings, exept zeta, and alien ship, and ........forgot its name but its a symulation you need to get through, but it could be done like that, play the main game, get the dlc and find hidden memories, extra puzzle stuff for example

In an interview (gamespot) the games writer/director mentions delaying the game so as to avoid the xmas rush (commercially damaging to several good games for recent years) and the problem that many others have done the same (or tried to rush out at xmas but could not meet deadline) causing a 2nd (better) xmas for gamers end of feb until end march (music,books and games tend not to be launched in january and to a lesser extent in february) when a massive surge of high profile games is to hit us.

Im definetly getting this one...a friend of mine is going to USA next month and had already asked him for the game...the only thing I dont like (from what Ive read in many previews) is that it has been developped for a single playthrough...but I think its gonna be a hell of it...obviously it can be trade afterwards
