Not sure I understand what you are going for with this deck.
Why 2 Blue Cubic (36) as the only 1 mana summons? Are you trying to cubic out your Siam?
3x Freedonian Wanderer (3)s. Seems like an odd choice for the 2 mana. I would say this is best in a deck with Siam's Sentinel (235)s or Moggy. Maybe even Belta as you could summon this guy on 7, then flip the field with Belta later and this guys effect comes into play while your opponent has to choose to target belta or the freedonia. You could also incarnate something and then summon to get 2 extra mana in one turn with the freenonia.
Without 1 mana summons to bank extra mana, I am not sure the dismissals will be as useful for you.

hmm, had that idea before, but i use 2 freidonian 2 monk of okinada and 2 of those defense wolfe (earth).
makes a very good position if not killed, less mana cost and trouble / decoy for your opponent.

i like your idea of playing this game more positional.
