Anyway, I am based in Singapore. I am interested in joining though the time difference as always is going to be a concern. However, I think the long grace period given for the selection games is great for players living in very different time zones.

is there a limit of entries for each country?

There will be a separate qualifying tournament for every nation with more than 1 entrant. Only that nations players will participate as only 1 entrant from each nation can qualify for the finals.

I have added tournaments to the tournaments module for Italy and Singapore.

There is no limit to the number of countries that can participate, nor to the number of players per country. Only after the country selection tournaments have been played, only one winner of each country will go the World Cup itself.

I have left a message about the tournament on a Polish EOJ site, hopefully we can get a large number of nations represented. Nobody from Spain yet. No Swedish representation either.

The comp has not been on my side in a LONG while but if the USA is lacking in star power I am here

Against one other opponent 2 games. BUT the exact set up that determines which players you have to play may differ per country. If there are only a few players, it will be a "play every other player" set up, and with a lot of players, we will start with groups first to keep it doable.
